Charles The Great.

I really really like everything. I was only thinking of his pants, but I can't deny that the whole outfit makes my heart pound deeply.

Wanted: New bag

I am in depressed need of a new well made, nice, use for everything bag. The one that I have now is slowly coming apart and I've only had it for about a year or so. So I've been on the look out for a functional well made can do bag that I can use for work and play.

I have a pretty much conservative taste when it comes to my bags. I like simple with a little bit of edge. Don't get me wrong, I like a loud bells and whistles bags, kind of like the ones you see sold at Juicy Couture. The problem with those are they don't fit in with my wardore all that well.

Here are some suiters:

Traditional Black:

Most of the bags that had add own, or at least the ones I'm admitting to owning, have been black. You can never go wrong with a nice, well made, detailed black bag. These two jumped right at me. And no they are different bags. It took me a while to figure that out too.

Brown:

I've been thinking that I should step out of my comfort zone and try a different color bag. I've been looking at brown ones. This bag right here would be nice to own. It got a good look to it and its big without beginning over the top big.

Others:

And to really get myself out of the comfort hole, I've looked to bags that I would never have actually thought to carry for myself, but wouldn't think ill of them if they were on the arms of other people. Thinking I should get far away from the comfort zone as possible I looked to these three bags. One being a huge maybe buy and three being not so much, but its the thought that counts buy.

(This one is a huge maybe)

(This is a not so much, but it would be interesting to say the least.)

As you can see for the most part, the color choices aren't loud, and that's the way I like it. The bag to compliment the outfit, not completely distract from what you worked on. Besides I really couldn't see myself walking around with a bright yellow bag.

Prefect. Even that weird little face thing that she's carrying works.

Also, does anyone one know the code that you would have to use in order to become a member to the fashion spot. I always wondered about that.

I look through my wardore and saw that I had not one single black dress that a simple black dress. I have one, but it really isn't something I would think to wear all year round. Good for fall and winter only.

So I did some looking around and saw this lovely number on la garconne. Its perfect for all year round. Its something I can dress up or down with.

And the back is killer.

Nickname the real Holly Golightly, not much is know about Ms. Genevieve Jones, except rumors that she was dating a married man. Not sure if its true or not. She is seen around town at some of the highest profile fashion parties and events and is close friends with big names in the business, Zac Posen being one of them. From what little I do know about her, she doesn't come from money, she isn't married and she kind of seem to come out of nowhere.

One of the biggest question always asked by a lot of people when it comes to the subject that is Ms. Jones: WHAT THE HELL DOES SHE DO FOR A LIVING?!? How is it that she's able to get all these wonderful clothes. What was she doing that was making it possible for all of this? The answer to that question is........not really sure.

She began to make a name for herself, designing jewelry and handbags. Two of her pieces from a year ago. She has website: genevieve-jones.com. I've been on once a while back. The pieces were cute. But not really my cup of tea.

Though I will admit that the saftypin earrings are kind of interesting pieces to own. So what have we learn today? Not much really. Genevieve is still a mystrey to some. Though I think that's what keeps other wanting and asking for more. She's got great style...sure she could use a couple of hamburgers, but she's got something that makes people pay attention. And I'm pretty sure she doesn't mind making people ask for more.

The fact that she was only a year younger then me makes it even more sadder. My thoughts go out to her family, her friends and the people she touch of the course of her career and those she's met along the way. Its funny, you always think that your life isn't all the spectacular until something else happens to another and then you think your life isn't half as bad as you let on.
